We have been talking on & off about where everyone lives

I fianlly found something to help us.

I beta tested it & have set up an account for us to use.... It's basically a travel itinerary, but I think we can use it effectivly...

The name & password are available from any Moderator...

Now, how you do it......

Go to the link above & you will see:

enter thegauge in both fields & click "Submit"

you will seethis on the left

Click on "My Maps"

Then you will see the Main Map screen This allows you to see who has posted before you By cities, in order of posters

The "World" on the left takes you to the main map... Click on "The gauge" and it takes you to this screen:

This is the main screen for "doing things"

The Globe with the green dot - shows the map

The globe with the "?" is help

on the bar.....

The Pen with the Green dot shows all names from this town...

The Pen with the "+" is what YOU want to click on now: (Upper right corner)

When you click on that pen... you get this

Select your country...and

Select a city near you - "I had to select a city with an airport" on the 3rd try

It may only have Huge cities built in to it

Select a city as close to you as you can & you are taken to this page:

On the right hand side click on the "Check mark"
and you will be taken to a screen with your town's information on it looks the same as the screen above... Click on the name of the city & you will be asked to enter "Details"

In the window.... put YOur Screen Name & hit enter.... You should end up at this screen:

If you have done everything correct... It took me 3 tries

You should click the left hand button "Interactive View" and you will see this!!

Your city should be there!!! If it's not, then PM me or try again.,...

I'm hoping we can get most of the members to post a city near them - That would be 1500 - 2000 stars LOL

After you are all done.. Click on "My Maps" and you will get the list of all the maps.. The HO boxcar World tour.... The N gauge car tour and a Nextel Cup Scedule for 2005
