These are nice, but you have to hold the parts really close to your face. the ones surgeons use that allow them to look at objects at arm's length are cost prohibitive. I have a 10X and 20X loop I attach to the arm of my glasses that does the same as these. They easily flip out of the way, and are really cheap to own.

These look better because of the distance you can use them at. The ones below cost $69 bucks.
