    Baby Yoda / Grogu Pattern

I finished him out. “Real” eyes and proper skin colors. Lemme see if I can add some pix… I have MKII cut. Video series is begun. I found some cloth. Cloak MHII should be cloth under paint. I got an email from Claudio. Sent him some pix too here is hoping he posts them.

    Baby Yoda / Grogu Pattern

Yep. Got him. Many thanks. I'll see if I can get a reply. Giving credit to the artist is a big hairy deal for me. Especially if I am about to splash another person's work all over YouTube. Little Grogu has proven to be quite the polar bear in a white out challenge for me. Lots of anonymous...

    Baby Yoda / Grogu Pattern

Do any of you amazing people know who designed my little friend? This Grogu pattern looks like it was designed to be cut on a Cameo on A4. I am in the last minutes of building my first one. It is 150% bigger after screwing with the pattern for weeks in Inkscape. The image is right out of the...

    Anybody in contact with Uhu?

Indeed. I've built the back story. He will feature prominently. Funny thing about the kit. No one seems to know how big Space Station V was supposed to be. There are reproduced original blue prints in "The 2001 File" by Frayling. A caliper and some patience works it out to 640 foot in Diameter...

    Anybody in contact with Uhu?

I know I don't need to ask. I prefer to. The artist should get the credit. Thank you so much. I'm nor surprised Uhu has gone to ground as it were. Ron said he's not big on English.

    Anybody in contact with Uhu?

I'm at it again. I've got a copy of Uhu's Space Station V. I got it from his site "back in the day". We all know he does not share often because he is both the best designer on this planet and incessantly ripped of by Etsy creeps. Latest one I found was some creepy document download site that...

    Curiosity Rover / MSL

So... Do you know the first guy? I just emailed John. Fingers crossed. If I had an email for Julius or if you sent him the Channel and said comment maybe? I found John's blog he has done a LEM big enough to hold up a coffee table that scale matches the PR Apollo Astronauts. Wow!

    Curiosity Rover / MSL

THe second one. There may be a contact link. I'll check. The PR one is more detailed. My loose vision is to build both in tandem. I loath FB. My wife has an account. I will have her reach out to the PR guy. BTW, for everyone. Paper Replika is positivly non functional with advertising at this...

    Curiosity Rover / MSL

Do you guys know the "John J" who posted the 1:24 Curiosity pattern to the E-Gift Shop? I've got a subscriber who asked me to build one on my channel. I would love to do exactly that. I always, always want to credit my sources. He has made a great pattern. Love to talk to him.

    Looking For Ron

Good news. 2020 makes me think the worst if I don't hear from someone. I despise the facebook. Won't join.

    Looking For Ron

The absolute best possible answer I could get. 2020 puts a filter on everything. Thank you so much.

    Looking For Ron

I got to know Ron Caudillo a bit during 2020. His story and mine match pretty close. I did a feature video of his papercraft work on my YouTube channel. I admire this guy quite a bit. I reached out over the American Thanksgiving holiday. He never answered. I called his cell phone. It is ringing...

How do you change the color of Cut Lines?

I need me some green cut lines. Can that be done? I didn't see anything in the online docs. I loose the tab lines of the Shrek pattern I'm building. I've done color padding. I've suppresed the fold lines. I can't get that lst piece that would make it infinitly easier to score this thing.

Well, Here We Go, Deep Breath, Begin.

I tripped over Card Modeling AKA Papercraft sometime between 9-11 and 2012. The exact timing is lost to history. My first model remains available on John Leslie's Lower Hudson Valley E-Gift Shop. I consumed most of Ton Noteboom's Real Space patterns and never looked back. I did that time as a...
