I tried rescaling to letter format and it was roughly 60%. Many parts were too small for me. Also, the parts are very spread out with a lot of empty space. I ended up using the snapshot tool in Acrobat Reader to print at full size on letter. Is anyone else building it? I’d like to know what...

Yes, this is true, and easy to miss. I found several issues that I worked through such as misfitting parts, texture alignment, non symmetrical fold lines, and a non optimal build order. Still working though thumbsup
