    I know I'm late with this, but an interesting tidbit of information about the movie. The morse code heard in the begining when they are loading the ship, it actually tells what is being loaded on board, I know this because I can copy morse code at the speed they were using

    The pictures here are from paper models I wanted a little more "play time" with, so I modifyed them into model rockets.

    Why do you build card models

    For one its fun, and I don't have to worry about spendig a fortune on paint and stuff, just download and forget (which I do sometimes) plus its enviromently friendly. I try to build ones I can get "play time" out of, such as a rocket or an airplane.

    Stupid question from a beginner

    Welcome to the group first , if its a wing or anything such as a rocket body and since I like to have a flush joint I'll trim off the tabs (then take some scrap cardstock or regular paper depending on the size of the model) and glue it to the inside of my parts. Then I'll assemble the model.
