For movies, Star Wars ep 4-6, ID4 and the first ST movies (up to First Contact, but including the new one).
Good thing CIWS and similar systems are used to shoot missiles and/or projectiles out of the sky. For ship to ship combat, manned guns/cannon are used. CIWS can't even be aimed manually.
One thing though, i think your textures are the wrong colour. Amarr ships, like the Auguror, are gold coloured. Like here:

I think I know which model you are talking about. As far as i know, he never posted any instructions for any of his regular navy ships (he did for some others though). But a good place to start are his development pictures of it.
Add a round former or end caps to both ends. For long tubes, you'll need a bit more formers though.
