    Now What?

Ok, but it seems like the easiest fix would be a quick (usually text file or simple form-based update) to the DNS to add forum as a subdomain mapped to the same places www is :) But what do I know.

    Now What?

    I think it's forum.zealot.com that's busted.

    Now What?

Still not fully back for me. I have to go through some differently formatted URLs to find it. I lucked out by trying the-gauge.com to get redirected after a few days of no access. DNS still doesn't know about forum.zealot.com or that format. Which sort of messes up the stylesheet thingy I...

Post "Current Shots" of Fallen Flag Freight HERE:

Saw a set of old white BN 2-bay hoppers surrounding two black WP hoppers between Clarkston and Pullman the other day. Had my camera, but also had the Mrs with frozen goods in the trunk that gave her the power to veto stopping for photos :(

    New Desktop Layout

If you can sort of bunch up items you can't find elsewhere N Scale Supply uses flat rate shipping (I think like 6 or 7 dollars one more when you order rails or roadbed that needs the big box) and they have tons of items. I've been pleased with them in the past and am working up enough items to...

You gotta be kiddin'. Christmas 2008 already?

I'm kind of used to Christmas starting early, but it was really bizarre last month to see Michaels with several aisles already full of skeletons and pumpkins before it was even the 4th of July.

I've seen N scale ones on eBay, and very pricey ones are @ http://www.kenraymodels.com/pages/pages/rollingstock.shtm too. :)

    Interesting reading

Thanks for sharing it. The two things they left out were the potential return of GG1s and all the cool new models we might get if big SD70 size electrics come in :D

    Mine rails?

Well, unless the price is right for the N Scale Architecht's m-track and stuff (Kevin's link above and mine in another thread). It's probably around $20 shipped and all for a dummy engine, two 4-ton cars and an LPB, add another $13 for each set of 3 more cars.

    Tonights haul!

Cool, that's the system I've got. I'm looking forward to getting to use it for more than confirming on a little test track that I'm all thumbs at DCC installs. I didn't realize that the advanced cab would work with it, but I guess most of the brains are in the cab anyway.

Nice start with the IRM photos. The one with the "Chairman" really shows off how huge those 70s are. I love the FM as well. According to the museum's site both it and the RSD are operational and used, but the 3 times I've been by (two for rides) it was always one of the RS-4TCs pulling the...
