    Sorry to hear about the nasty experience your son had Tom Glen, that workspace is unbelievably tidy. For me, I did some more on the helix I am building which seems to be taking forever. I aslo started dismantling the old nolix on my layout that the helix will replace.

    Cav, as a kid a good friend of mine had marx train set with lots of extra track and when I used to visit him we had tracks going everywhere until his Mom set the limits. In those days, all I had was a Triang clockwork train set.

    David, what I have learned from this experience is to not leave any analog (no decoders) locos on a DCC track unless you have a throttle in hand adressed to 00 which is what analog locos use with Digitrax. DCC puts constant voltage on the track so when turned on full power is fed to a non...
