    Test fit B1 inside B5, and trim till just slightly snug then set flush with bottom. Make sure that the blacked out area is in front of the gun openings and the line at the bottom is lined up with the seam in the back of B5. Then glue from the inside.

    Paul, on the clear sheets you printed that the ink did not dry, try using a hair drier to make the ink more solid. It still won't stick to the plastic sheet, but after that spray it with a clear coat spray. That should seal it to the sheet.
