    Plaster help

    What does everyone use to spread their plaster mix on the foam/plaster cloth terrain features with? I am using a paint brush and the mix seams to harden on the bristlesof the brush long before the mix in set.Causing it to spread rather poorly. Any tips you vetrens can offer me would be great!!!

    On the hill thru the straight tunnel section is about a 2.5 to 3% grade,with 1 kato SD40 i can pull about 16 cars with minimal troubles.But if i tandem up the engines i can pull well up to 30 cars.

    I use a 3 position momentary mini toggle switch for all my turn outs.They costed me $3 cdn each here in Alberta.But they are worth it,I drilled my control panel and placed the switch at the corrasponding location.

    when mixing water and soap solution for wetting of ballast or ground foam,how much soap to water is added?Also after adding soap do you shake the solution to mix it all togeather or what. Im just startint to paint and ballast a test track before i do my layout. Any help would be great.
