Very interesting - another resource for you might be Google Sketchup. There are two versions, and one is free. But it has pre-made patterns and fixtures for creating buildings (siding, bricks, windows, etc.) which might provide some more options too. - Dan

Thanks! Most of my rail is set and the pavement is fitted to the rails, so I really don't want to go redo it, lol. But ya know, I guess it gives me a reason to expand the layout so they have some room to roam? lol. Your layout sounds interesting - I would definitely like to see any pictures...
