Yes the temperature starts to get above the 0 degree celcius.. so I have started with painting the ships.. they look great. but still I need to spraypaint a lot... I did now 2 times....and still I find parts that are not painted... so tomorrow again a layer :) 11471

that is correct...there is a gun on top.. some where at the beginning of this thread you can see it. But it is still not glued to cockpit.

Just some fun pictures of the complete Y-wing. and it looks great..(and huge ) now next...I have to do a little trimming to align the engines..on each y wing one engine pod isn't how it should be...so I have to cut a little greebles away so that It can level. (left engine on picture) When...

:-) I almost finished the engine rings.. I have installed them to the main engine rods. glued the shock absorbers to the rings. I still need to glue some little plates to the rings and then it's ready. and can I glue them to the main body.

:-) another Y-wing.. found it also...only it has a serious lack of greebles.. and an Y-wing needs the greebles.. are you going to build it with extra's? that is why I started my own Y-wing. Imcold was also working on a Y-wing. what would be more detailed.

Still working on the Ywings.. but it goes slow. at the moment i'm building the back engine rings. on the yellow picture i'm glueing the shock absorbers. on the other picture i'm constucting the vanes
