I'm sure i read somewhere that for the UK on average 29-30mm would be an accurate reflection of a "1up 1down" road. Don't know if this is of any help to you?

Sorry should have explained better, actually meant setting the curves and track onto the layout. We have a "tool" called a tracksetta (hard to come by) which is basically a length of plastic moulded into the required radius (9,12, 15" etc) that actually sits inbetween the rails and allows you...

THanks for that 2slim, had a look at GHQ and they onmly do one piece of armor (which happens to be US) in 1:160. Am now beginning to think i'm flogging a dead horse with this and may have to seriously rethink my layout.:cry:

Hi guys 'nother question from the newbie :wave: . Been trying to locate a manufacturer of military models, in particular British armour, trucks, tanks etc with no luck. I know Roco do a couple of items but not British, any one any ideas or can point me in the right direction?? Your help...
