OOps... the 2' x 4' wasn't actually the space in between.... it was the size of those 2 modules.... Not real sure if there will be space inbetween there or not. The blue lines were a basic idea for trackwork... not necessarily to be followed exactly.... just something rough for now.

While cash in hand is never a bad thing, I'm going to have to disagree with everyone. I would keep it. The time and effort you spent building it can be enjoyed for a long time on the layout. Of course, if you feel like reproducing it, $250 can buy a lot of scratch supplies.

You are all going about this the wrong way..... What you really need to do is take over a LOT more floor space! Take all of your wants/needs, and build all of them with as much floorspace as required. Tell the wife it's therapy so you don't have a nervous breakdown. She'll understand....

I have about 30 feet of 72 (?) strand fiber that I aquired.... One of these days I'll figure out what to do with it. So far the best I have come up with for ideas have been head/tail lights on cars, and possibly street lamps. Would love to see a thread that showcase what people have done...
