    The Edmund Fitzgerald Project

Railings on the Fitz I built the JSC Fitz at 1/400. It did not come with printed rails and I did not add any. From the picture you can see that even with printed two sides railings it would have probably looked better.

    Modelik Flower class corvette

I would leave the printed windows in the bridge unless the lesson is going to talk about details on the bridge. Better still, if you need to detail the bridge, you could scan the bridge and its interior components only and scale it up. Build this as a seperate visual aid. Leave the roof off it...

    Delta wings

Why not remove the propulsors from their current location and incorporate them into the wing at the root (near the fuselage) between the two exposed wing ribs. The move the entire wing assembly higher up on the fuselage. This will be possible because the removal of the propulsors from the...

JSC 1/400 Mikasa -- miscellaneous rambles

Don't give up the ship Hi there. I just signed up. I have also built this model and had casemate difficulties. Infact, I usually remove the tabs from many of the small parts because it just makes them to difficult to work with. I also recall that one of the cut-aways for the anchors was too...
