Hey, printing mirror worked. Now the issue is the stuff is so thick it is falling apart when folded. See the edges in the picture below. I suppose I can peal off the extra two layers...

Ok, finally finished the helmet today. There were more tabs in the inner helmet and the two "blocks" on the outside of the helmet. Again I still recommend folding the tabs down and gluing them for extra strength. The inner helmet pictured below was very snug so I cut a slit in the back of it...

Thanks for the tip Steve - I still dread working on that piece! Been out on vacation but ready to finish Lego Luke! (Hopefully before the next movie comes out!) Started back on the helmet. The part on the left fits the head snuggly already.

Wow, the big G really gets people talking!:) Saw it three times, once on IMAX 3-D but it was almost sold out so waaaayyy to close to the front and to the side - I don't think they should have those seats in the theatre or sell tickets for them - but I did get to see it at the time I wanted so...

Actually Revell-Fan, the helmet is almost two pages of parts by itself. I still think the chrome saber and clear blade will be tougher. Here is the waist before being sealed. This model uses a lot of "bigger gluing tabs" with slots to align pieces. These "bigger" tabs are not glued flat -...

Still poking along... The "hands" were a challenge! Done with the "top". Some parts are a little tight. ...

So here we are a little further along. The light orange marker being used for the edges is too dark, its almost red. The head and arm joints fit snug - had to carve out/down the parts. More to come...
