I take the stands off the little people and then mske sure there feet are square,then a little drop of Vaseline on the feet It works for me,Look at the little people in this photo JIM

I put an Athearn SW-1500 body on an Kato NW2 frame,A little work and it works fine.:) one of these is the Athearn body on the Kato chassie:D JIM
