    USS Sulaco / Aliens

I agree with HMAS Mousemuffins, and Armorman. I believe it to also be a simple conituity problem. I wouldn't try to make it fit the Sulaco Model, it would detract from her gorgeousness... ness. Plus, not seeing it from the outside in the movie shows the prop guys did try to make it fit...

    USS Sulaco / Aliens

I see your problem, Jan, that is really kinda wtf? I had another look at Alien 3 and was like, um, it comes off the hull? That's actually kinda weird but cool at the same time. For the same reason, you don't see where it comes off, cos i think even they couldn't figure out where they should...

    USS Sulaco / Aliens

There is background story supporting this idea. And others suggest the mysterious "Space Jokey's" might have had something to do with there existance, like some sort of bio-weapon that was used to wipe out a planets dominant specises without having to show themselves, and then just introducing...

    USS Sulaco / Aliens

As i Understand it, there is a hive world mentioned in the comics and novels, but... i don't really know if they'e storlines are accepted as officallyconnected to the movie series. I agree with you, i'd like to see some more on the Xenomorph background, it would be cool. Since the Predators...

USS Mousemuffins sounds better, you need to lay off of the cough syrup.sign1 Has anyone noticed the significance of the Sulaco being the 13th Conestoga class ship, sent off on a suicide mission, only to be left floating in space abandoned and derelict? wall1

    USS Sulaco / Aliens

WOW! Ok, that answers ALL my questions. Your reasoning was completely logical and concise, sure you're not a Vulcan? (LOL) Anyway, thank you very much, I like 731 m. And if nothing else it totally puts her majesty into perspective, which was what I was looking for in the first place. Thanks...

    USS Sulaco / Aliens

Ok, yeah, cool. I'm such a nerd. Plus I also found that the USS Sulaco would NORMALLY run with a crew of 90, capable of transporting 2000 marines in Cryo-stassis... is that in the manual too? That would mean the ship'd be HUGE at least 954 m, instead of 385 m, but the manual says 385m? Ok then...

One last thing, again, the 27 metre 1:24 scale at full size works out to 645 metres... a different lenght again. Man, am i confused.
