Dont mist it with water.....you'll warp your paper! Do a test with light brushing with dope. you'll still get your shinkage to a degree and you'll have a sealed model ready for painting.

There was a neat RC model in "Scale ship modeler" years ago of this very type of thing. I'll see if i can dig it up.Basically it used water jets for propulsion like the theory in the movie, "Hunt for red october". Flight deck aft for launching Harriers. Hey theres the basis for a model right there.

How about this.......maybe easy for our genious designers. Pre-dreadnaught hull with a modern deck. Everything else except the helo is a box!

The only measurement that i have been able to find is 135 inch wheel base for the rolls.. Fishcarver.

Thanks Todd, but they arent a RR 1924 huh? I need one of these! Looking at the 4 view i posted i should be able to scratchbuild my own. I will have to do it the old fashion way though then see if i can creat a PDF of the parts, etc. for you folks. Wish i knew CAD!!!!!!!
