    Super job! I know the plain paper route [have taken it before], and here's an idea that might add some reinforcement. a little super glue strategically placed might help straighten and strengthen your model. DOWN SIDE is it will change texture and color wherever it touches. Just a thought...

    I agree; voyage to the bottom of the sea, the series, was lame, but the original movie was terrific, especially Barbara Eden! UFO was great, much better than the Invaders, which I recall airing about the same time. All of the SHADO vehicles had a "sleek" look that took away from their realism...

    Here is an old model from an old (but good):cool: show. I remember seeing it a few years back but it disappeared. It's a tricky build, and will take quite some time. It's much more complex than Domatine's design. the link for the template is about halfway down the page.

    I love it! especially the use of heavier cardboard for strength. I notice you use thinner material on the back, will this support the engine details adequately?
