I prefer to pay by either Paypal or credit card, and receive it as a download. Preferably in A4/letter size, and ( a pet peeve of mine ) *unlocked* so that I can recolour it as I want.

That is pretty sharp. If you tell me that the entire base is paper, I'm going to curl up in the corner and snivel for a goodly amount of time though... ;-)
