    SO the response i got back was simple. The engineer says that the mechanical idea would be that it should go faster, but he didn't think that would even work. He said it sounds like a far fetched prototype that some sucker would go for. In summary he says SCAM!

    Cement truck -> Dump truck

    Something about the tri-axles on that truck looks funny to me. Maybe it is because I am mostly used to seeing 2 axles on dump trucks. Either way it should be able to haul a lot more weight. Great job on the box.

    Mtl To Van, any RR Museums?

    My idea for switches - comments?

    Looks like a great idea. I would caution that there be enough clearance along the front of the fascia that someone would not accidentally snag their shirt or arm and damage the switch stand.
