Eastern Tn logging on the DG CC & W RR 1928

You've got a list going there heh. I'd love to see the australian 2-6-2, they had some really neat locos. I'm glad i built in the basement, it's nice and cool in summer and warm in the winter. edit: somehow when i use the term au ssie (without space) it turns into aussie Who's been playing...

vBulletin is weird software, if the admin changes something in one part of the code manually, other bits are shifted around, but i think the option to let users edit their own posts is simply a checkbox in the Admin CP. This is my experience with phpBB talking though.

Bill and Tom's EXCELLENT ADVENTURE in Logging and Mining

You mean the loader crane on the flatcar? Probably dont need chock blocks/stops because they're self-propelled, and with extensions between the car's rails they can traverse the length of the train. I know i'd still jam a wedge of wood or two under the wheels in transit if i were working one...

    yellow tape on decoders

It might also keep some things on the circuit board from shorting out on metal frames. You could probably remove it carefully, and use something else to insulate the area the decoder is installed in.

Some of your pics didnt take, Bill  That's about how it goes when i take my heisler or shay down to the club... i'm constantly in the way of those diesel guys! sign1 Now the club has some of it's own home power, an SD40-2 and a GP60, so i run them sometimes to keep up appearances...

I Have Been Told This Is Impossible ??

The reverse loops should be possible, cant really see a problem there if you're willing to invest some $$$ in electronics. There's two auto-reverse units at my local club and they're awesome. CNJ999 he's already built the layout lol! Look at his youtube link^^^^^

    DC or DCC

When you start getting into the larger scales RC and battery control is fast becoming an option as battery sizes decrease and life increases. DCC is the way to go if you're not ready to take that plunge, i cant tell ya how cool a little geared On30 steamer is when it's waddling down the tracks...

Turning barriers for industrial access spurs in H0

I've seen these pics before, they are of Russian Children's Railways. As for these crossings they really dont look complicated to make, give it a whack at soldering some brass rod or gluing some styrene. :thumb:
