WHAT IF.... ....I did something like this. This is a quick and dirty job in Paint so it's not that pretty, but what if I changed the benchwork and did something along these lines?? What would that do to me?? With a benchwork height of 48 inches I don't think it would be hard to reach 36...

Okay...I'm with you now. Thanks. The industry area down at the bottom may be changing drastically because I'm considering going to a western flood loader for the coal trains instead of the tipple that I have drawn on there right now. Don't quite know how I'll arrange the tracks for that...
