Well I am an ex-truck driver so I know plenty of the cuss words to make it through the design stage. Still some times though I have to make up new words sign1
You can do any thing if you just set your mind to it. I didn't think I could do it either but started out with small stuff then moved up to the ships. I know they are not great designs like some of the masters but with a little patience and a whole lot of cussing they turn out okay. LOL
Thank you. I to looked every were for these ships but found none, that is why I decided to start designing them. I am in the process right now of designing the Northwester.
As for downloading, here are the rules on the subject...

Those are some great models, outstanding work. I do hope you decide to make the plans public, would love to have this set up next to my other trucks. What a great introduction, welcome aboard.
It is string. I made a jig and wrapped the string on it in the pattern I needed, then super glued it all. Once dry it is hard like wire. I colored it with a regular black sharpy.
Here is a pic of what I used, this jig is not the one I used for the CM but same concept.
Your very welcome. I wish the Time Bandit was next, on the other forum every one loves the Northwestern so I said I would do it next. Time Bandit will be 3rd in line. It should of been first because it is my favorite but wanted to do the Cornelia Marie in remembrance of Capt. Phil.
You can scan threw this section, there are a few threads about helicopters, some with vids also.
