Those engine exhausts are GORGEOUS! What color marker are you using to clean up the edges? Those oval-shaped details could not have been easy to cut out!

Are the original png files available for download somewhere, or are they things that Martin Saenger has specifically put into your trusty hands?

Mospeada Cyclone Lancer (Robotech) - do any models exist?

One of the plastic models that I've searched for but not been able to afford to buy is a model of the Robotech Cyclone Lancer version, from the Mospeada era of Robotech. Does anyone know of a paper craft model of this bike/rider combo? Here are some pictures:

A quick tutorial on recoloring would be nifty. Do you start from the pdf files, or do you have source files that you work from?

Buck Rogers Thunderfighter built by CrimsonLine, model designed by Martin Saenger

I figure that, once I've completed this one, I'll have a much better idea of things that can be done in parallel, rather than working through the numbers on the parts sheets one by one, in order. That'll allow me to maximize my building efficiency more. My big problem is, I don't really have a...

When you assemble these pieces, do you typically glue parts 178-180 together FLAT, and then roll them, or do you roll them individually THEN glue them? And I assume that 181 is a joining strip?

Buck Rogers Thunderfighter built by CrimsonLine, model designed by Martin Saenger

Thanks, very helpful indeed! After I wrote my posts, I figured "why not?" and I went ahead and assumed that 92 was a joining strip, and glued everything together. It worked! After all, what's the worst that's going to happen? I have to print out another page of card stock? Sorry about my show...

My all-time favorite small spaceship design is the Buck Rogers Thunderfighter (Starfighter) designed by Ralph McQuarrie for the show Buck Rogers in the 25th Century starring Erin Grey. And Erin Grey. There might have been other actors in the show, too, but I can't remember them. Erin Grey...

    Introducing CrimsonLine

Quick question: I'm trying to update my "personal information" but when I type in my personal description, the forum tells me it's been rejected because of inappropriate content or spam-like qualities. Not sure what in my description qualifies as either of those. I typed: "I am a Christian, a...

Thanks, Marcell! I have been to Germany once, for about 24 hours, in Frankfurt. What a beautiful city, and the people were amazingly helpful and friendly. And the FOOD! Ah! Thanks for your kind comments on my Blender Thunderfighter. I loved building it, and spent many, many hours getting it...

Great work here, guys! I am enjoying my build of the stock TF model. Reading through this thread, I didn't see any notification that the original Ralph McQuarrie Viper design was ever completed. Did I miss it, or is it still in progress?
