Thumb nails Planes, ships, guns, etc`

Not at all, John; I'm just glad you found the site. Besides, I've gotten use to being ignored. They do have a LOT of thumbnails! Now, if only we can figure a way of converting them into paper models...any ideas? Cheers! Jim

Thumb nails Planes, ships, guns, etc`

Good find, John. Since I usually model in waterline almost exclusively, and normally merchant ships, rather than bazzer who prefers the big red bottoms, so to speak, the ships are of great interest to me. Cheers! Jim

    USS Spruance 1/200th

Wotcher, bazzer! It really doesn't look bad, certainly not as bad as I made it sound, I was just looking at the view from the end, I think it's the last photo link, and wondered if you pulled in the midships a bit it might reduce that sheer. If you are able to make a top rail that provides...

    USS Spruance 1/200th

Wotcher, bazzer!:) Very impressive work, mate! Looks like you have the whaler well in hand. Only thing I would ask is whether the sheer you have is perhaps just a tab extreme at the bow and stern, but admittedly I really don't know these little boats all that well. Looking forward to...

Roman scout ship (Roman Seas, 1:250)

Hi, Michi!:) What a superb little lady! I'm so glad you posted that last picture, for some scale reference, so we all can appreciate how really small this model actually is...and she IS small!! Excellent job on the rigging sequence and sail, and I like you idea of using PVA soaked thread...

    1/72 scale SdKfz. 7 and 88mm

Let's just say we will agressively defend our mother land. Those who are foolhearted enough to try will unfortunately find out what we have in store for any such wayward thinking rogues...the realization of the dire mistake they have made will, unfortunately for them, come when it is...

    1/72 scale SdKfz. 7 and 88mm

Did you post the revised photo? The photo above looks the same...mind you, that "ghost" is not all that obvious unless someone points it out. Cheers! Jim

    1/72 scale SdKfz. 7 and 88mm

I'm with you, Ray...groveling, that is. A T-90 would be excellent too...just thinking about the extreme curved surfaces of the turret makes me nervous. Tough to get just right, at least for me. Cheers! Jim
