i cut out paper and use it as flooring for inside my plasticville houses

the cars came in today, the gondola car was a gem, nearly mint condition, caboose wasn't as nice as expected, but i allready own the exact car in good condition... and the boxcar was awsome! i would have paid twice what i paid just the gondola and boxcar

just clean up the wheels, contacts, and lube what needs to be lubed and after afew laps around the track you'll notice they will begin to increase speed and go back to normal i don't know what type of engines your running, but i know some of my marx have done that, when i first got my...

i have a mix of new lionel track alongside of the older marx tracks the marx should run with lionel transformers.. when you get the larger engines out with a line of cars on them, you might run into some lack of power issues since the basic lionel transformer doesn't quite give enough...

i've just got into it this year, so far it's been nice for me... marx trains last forever, all you have to do is occasionally lube and clean them... i've also got some really good deals on there, but it still prefer buying them inperson so i can inspect and see them run before handing over money

hehe, took all my cars and engine off for cleaning today, soo i gave in, i replaced the cast iron engine that i really wanted to run on that track with my new m10005 (the left engine on my signature picture) ... the m10005 is considerablely lighter and requires less power, soo it will run...

i allways thought theming for holidays is cool, halloween is the easiest thing to theme for, other than x-mas. the new marx remakes do include some holiday sets, but i havn't really bought any of them yet.... i just prefer sticking to trying to collect all the old ones first. as for the...

the lionel transformer i'm having problems with is the brand new one, not the old one.... i have not the slightest clue of what the engines draw... the older lionel transformer is actually on my main outside track, and it runs rather well... all the trains run exceptionally fine on both of...

i'm not sure what it is, but i think the bigger transformer of mine, which you can see on the bottom right of that picture i posted, is like 90watt, power output is adjustable by what terminals you hook the wires up to
