Instead of trying to strip the model from a flight sim file has anyone thought of maybe contacting the designer? I have been into FS for a long time, still fly with a virtual club on a regular basis and lots of the FS designers are great guys. Not to mention that just taking the model is wrong...

jleslie48, lookin good. I only had that problem at the aft end on the starboard side as can be seen in the pics. The Port side came out a little too big for me, what can ya do :roll: . I found the top to be very forgiving when adding the deck so you may not have a problem, just print a section...

With that many pages I was sure it would have more parts than that. Guess the GPM USS Missouri is still on top with 7,000+ parts!

Just a note to let you know I have not given up. Been working on a 1:1 scale model of a sheet rock ceiling in the master bedroom and have not had a chance to work on the ship at all. Note: this model is much more fun than putting in a new ceiling! :-D Hope to have an update soon.

Wow sorry for the long delay guys. Hit a rough spot there for awhile and didn't get any work done on this model. In the process I lost some (many) parts and also lost my scans so it will be awhile until i can afford replacements. This project is on hold until I get a replacement book. Sorry guys.
