    @Tirick: i used corrugated cardboard between the layers. but i pressed it together between two telefonbooks over night. sorry i did not made a detail picture of it, so you can not see it clearly. the other layers are made of card from "cornflakes" boxes. or pizzaboxes , i can not remember...
