im not starting this yet but i thoght would find out a few things before i even think of doing it all those little dodads that need to be made of wire how are they made? this would prove useful info for some of my armour models too. is there a photo ectced set for this kit ? ive seen sets...

i have a norwegian freind on my BA course who makes sculptures like this out of paper no less..brown gummed paper tape you can make anything with it

the tracks on this are easy "band type" if it wasnt for the fit problems (only the hull formers) this would be a nice easy kit

i have this kit the top box is ok the botton is a nightmare the botton the best approch is to laminate the "skin" parts directly to 1mm card and build it by reinforcing the skin

mk1v......answers ill just realy my own experences on this it may help anyone bulding the same kit center hull: to get this to fit (aginst the white pattern on the track horns)i had to add 8mm of card to the rear panel as the inner box structure was too short i attached the rear panel first...

dont know if it helps but i use a clay modeling tool that has a sort of bulge on the end and it works great for working complex curves out ive used it to make almost flawless domes... perhaps a large bead on the end of a length of dowel would have the same effect

%95 complete i just have 7 round objects(i have no idea what they are they look like mines but it seems a dumb place to put them if they are) and i have to build the wire structure that sits on the roof the hardest part was getting the paint correct for edge color its an odd mix of cool yellow...
