Thanks, guys. The building was a junk box rescue, an old Revell kit from the 60s. The flasher circuit was stripped from an old toy. Charlie, the fan came from a window casting leftover from an engine house kitbash, I just cut it out of that frame and fit it to this one.

In keeping with the MOW theme...I can't remember if I posted this in one of my how-tos or not... A reworked Tyco crane finished in a quick paint over with a Revell boom tender.

I use original Pine-Sol cleaner, works like a champ and I haven't had a problem with it attacking plastics yet. Just rinse it off well and let it air dry. I do a lot of modifying of diecast vehicles and it works especially well on the chrome parts.

Their wide vision cabeese are a good bit oversized---almost 4mm/00 scale so you might want to consider another candidate. I do the Kadee thing and change out the wheelsets to Intermountain 33" metal ones to most of my Tyco rolling stock, but do try to keep everything else the same. The Tyco...
