Yes it is, I learned they run much better by scrapping out others for their nickle silver wheels and replacing the plastic ones. It improves pickup and gets rid of those blasted traction tires. Here's one I'm currently working on... Start... ...currently... It was a Baltimore...

Nice collection there, I'm especially intrigued by the CB&Q dynamometer kit. As the others have pointed out, don't give someone else a mother lode selling them as one lot.
