since I never have figured out how to post captions after the photos works I will just add them here. I set everything up at a one inch rise as the graduation marks they have on there are way out in left field. still got a ways to go but thought I might show how things are going so far !!

Yea I cut two inch blocks last night and set them in and still looks awfully high but I am gonna keep expermenting maby send a note to the MRR post office in the mag

The more I sit and look at the photo and think about the board maby I might just have everything at a two in elevation and drop into the 0 and one inch in the creek/vally area but keep the ideas going

I am working on this track plan for N scale in Model RR'r Oct. issue but when its all cut and I placed temp blocks in place that 4" elevation in the top left corner looks really really high does this look right to anybody else or do you think I should change my elevations. It is 21x42inches

Ok Lets see if I broke this down right going from the mag example to the board size 2 inchs being = to 1 ft mag page / board 2 inchs = 1 ft 1 inch = 6 inchs 1/2 inch = 3 inchs 1/4 inch = 1 1/2 inch 1/8 inch = 3/4 inch Did I do this right?? :confused:

I am inclined to agree with Brakie I dont think any RR worker would tell somone to do this knowing that if somthing happened they would be the one picking up the body parts and if the guy survives he will probly sue they guy saying he told him to crawel under!!
