I have bent grab irons by shaping a peice of wood into a jig the shape I wanted and then drilling a hole on one side to insert a wire bent an 90 degrees in and then wrap the wire around the jig. you may need to sand the jig to get the radius right. with a little trial and error you can make many...

Bend Track is great. I started the group Jesso belongs to. I choose bend track to be my home layout which with time has grown to the group of modules that you see now in the pictures. The only change we made was to shorten the legs to n track height which is easier for kids to view at shows.

Great post. I like all the humorous bear pictures.. I think you need to dress one of the bears as a hobo and have him riding the rails on the end of your container train or on the back of your caboose:-)

Great work. I will have to post pictures of my office layout ( inspired by yours). I also think we need to build you some flar car loads with computer chips for the loads to run on it. and maybe a windows xp car box car.
