    That greenery looks great. My one recomendation ( well what I've found anyway) is keep the vegetation un uniform and I did read some where if your making bushes try to do them in groups of threes. I've found that if you don't try to be too neat it comes out more natural looking :wave:

    My apology's I had thought I had posted it I guess I hadn't but it is there now on the end of my current layout. Earlier in the thread you can see the stationary decoders I used for controling the tortoise switches.:wave:

    I hate to say it but Alan is correct. Thats the exact same reason my new layout is not a walk around and is now an around the wall with big loops on 2 ends. On mine I just went a bit extreme on depth but I understood what I was getting into. Well something else to think about anyway :wave:

    You know when I started doing my layout I just started stacking the foam board all over the place and my imagination just ran wild with possibilities, tunnels towns on hills bridges ...great stuff comes to life when we utilize the styro:wave:

    My entire first and second layout was designed with xtracad I thought it was great. I could run mock sessions and test out the functionality. :wave:

    So if you prefer it under the table than no problem. You can see how I mounted them from under the table in my thread. And if I remember correctly I think I posted a step by step of how I mounted them. :wave: The stationary decoder is what controls the tortoise , basicly on your hand held dcc...

    Yep thats what I did and works just fine. Once the track rails and ties along with the ballast are all dirtied up you'll have to search for the wires.:wave:

    I got the dock roof front supports braced and glued and all the doors and windows in place.
