    I usually cut the tie plates off and glue them under with carpenters glue. Between a light smear of glue and ballasting they stay in place real well.

    DS54 and Snapswitches.

    Hey Connor, it must have something to do with being a pluse signal sent to the snap switch. I went thru the manual and couldn't find an explanation other than the warning. My suggestion would be to contact digitrax or just use 2, rather safe than sorry.

    I had that same problem not too long ago with the same switch. Ended up just replacing it, haven't had a problem since.

    Connor check out this site http://www.buydcc.com/productcompare/dcccomparison.htm its has dcc comparisons and at the bottom of the page has reviews on them. The Prodigy Advance system is excellent and very easy to use.

    MRC Prodigy advance question......

    Steve MRC makes a Y cable to attach to the back side of the face plate so you can dasiy chain them to add as many as you need. MRCAD493 is the part#. I know wholesale trains sells them http://www.wholesaletrains.com/Default.htm and your LHS could probably get them for you too.

    Shame on me!

    Bob it happens to me all the time, so I usually get half a dozen projects going at once. This leaves me with something to pick from depending on what I feel like doing. BTW at my real job I normally have DOZENS of projects going all at the same time. Keeps the mind shapre. :rolleyes:
