Just looking over the room and Im not 100% sure where the doorway is. It looks to me that your door is 2 mini french doors which is really cool since it doesnt need as much room to swing open. So if you could give me a ruff draft of the overall room layout with doors windows and closet...

Well what I would do and what you would do are 2 different things. First I really like being able to move trains from point A to point B and have a purpose to my railroad. Im all for doing what you had in mind. Just hook me up with the details and I really hate Duck unders or anything like that.

There ya go mang.....No sidings have been put in....Just your mainline and your staging area. The center island has a loads in emptys out area which u can use for some fun ore trains. You could even have these both be dead end spurs with switching going on in there. Good luck sir.

lol ya mang just make your own plan. This isnt that hard but when playing with such a small area your stuck with round the tree layout. Lets check out what you can do with 10x10 rather than 8x8

well can you pop threw the wall and get into the closet? If you can then you can have another loop back using the closet space.

Ya thats what I was thinking about for him as well. If he has one wall able to get worked on now he can start building that for now and when the time comes add on to it. Again lets see the room plan and the space your able to use asap.
