    Box cars the long and short of it lol

    Besides the 36' Fowler cars, CPR also lots of 36' double sheathed wood boxcars. Some had truss-rod floors and wood ends. Many had steel undrframes and/or steel ends. Roundhouse made cars similar to these but you would probably have to letter them yourself...

    Reason to photograph outside

    It is possible to get good results indoors too if you have a good lighting setup. These shots were taken at our club layout with just overhead flourescent lighting.

    What If.....

    I have been in HO for about 20 years. The only thing I would do differently is not buy so many cheap engines and rolling stock. Anyone want to trade about 100 plastic locos for a few nice brass steam engines?
