I felt like doing another Aircraft Carrier be warned this thread could collapse under the weight of the decks (not fitting). Period will be 1989 with the square superstructure. The last picture is the basic hull structure.

rails I usually solder the damn things but there are photoetch and paper rails these days. Somehow they all seem a bit flat as well as expensive. The LSM was easy at 1/100th scale just pins and cotton.
