    Changing Engine Lights

Yes 60103 thats the problem I would like to avoid. It appears that a resistor would be the best choice as it would reduce the amps and related heat factor in the smoke box. Thanks for adding your comment - hope someone can discuss what they did.

    Changing Engine Lights

In one of my P2K 0-8-0 steam switches the lights either have to be replaced or aided with a resistor when you switch to DCC. I will have no problem with the tender but the engine is a little bit of problem. 1. I could use the resistor but it will need two, one for each bulb or...

I'm Back To Where I Started

A month before Christmas an experienced layout builder visited my layout and strongly suggested I install a double slip switch in an area that had 4 switches, one after the other. There was no question that such a move would greatly improve the look and ultimate operation of the layout in this...

    Woodland Scenics Water

Yes I like it - nice job. Gives a very real natural look to the wet and dry rocks. Your trestle is real right on ties in nicely with the scenery you have developed around it

    need advise (scroll saw)

Good tool for quick cut on piece of wood during bench construction. Good tool for cutting out plywood road bed for track. Good tool for making cut-out in the plywood for lake or river. Good tool for making first rough cut on large piece of brass strip for scratch build project.

    Block Occupancy Detection

NO - you could put a separate light in a tunnel or above a section of hidden track and it would work the same. Light covered and you have detection.
