    Robo cop 2 cain

Don't be so modest Paul. Hey Z he does all this by hand on a drafting table, no kits no print outs, all I've seen him build is just incredible, I'm constantly flabbergasted. I wish I had half his talent.

Hey...long time no hear, taking a little break from the capsuls I see. I just finnished Ed 209 in August, it's on pg 5 under (Drop you'r weapon). This should be fun to watch. I'm embarking into a new category of models myself, should be posting pics in about three weeks. I guess you're all...

    F1 engine

Hey willis...each engine should get easier and faster, you'll develope a system and the repitition makes it go faster, by the time I got to the fifth engine I could build one in about three hours. The toughest thing to build was the shock absorbers that connect the engine to the bottom of the...

Nice job! what did you use for the cooling coils? I have built the complete Sat V and am currently thinking about building just the first stage thrust structure and mounting it on a frame to hang on the wall. Right now it's sitting on the launch pad hiding all that detail. I would imagine...

    YEP.....It's paper

I used two different types of paper. i didn't have any problems with the mirror paper that was used for the capsule, it was the alluminum looking paper used for the command moduel. It was just the type of paper, not laminated very well.

I believe it's going to stand well, it was designed to stand as-is, actually the leg leans to the rear standing alone, when everything is together the upper body actually is forward of the lower parts. The foot pads are so large, there's really alot of serface area to stand on.

One leg done one to go. This model seem to get easier as you go down, this main leg segment was extreemly easy.

Moving swiftly ahead, finnished the main part of the leg, this thing is really big, I thought there may be some strength issuse in the large main part of the leg but after gluing on all the details it becomes quite strong. It all came together very well, no problems. Getting real close to...

Moving right along...really, I'm not trying to make a religous statement here, it's just the way the parts come out. Any way Alfadoc mentioned he had some structural integrity problems in this area, with that in mind I glued in a piece of card board, we'll see what happens, otherwise everything...

OK I've been slackin. I'm from the generation of the walkman and last week I steped into the world of iPod, I needed something for work, any way I spent every evening last week figuring out all the apps and functions, loading music, syncing etc. No I'm not one of those who are symbiotically...

Pelvis section complete...piece of cake. The only problem I ran into was the outer circles for the hip joints, they'er a little larger than the circle strips they attach to. It's really not a big deal as they are glued to the main hip part and to the leg. I doubled up on the bellows ribs...
