Fantastic build mate! Really nicely done.

Morning all, just wanted to start a little thread to let you know of a new version of the X-Jet model. Based on the recent X-Men movies, I always wanted to revisit this model. I helped Claudio with the textures on the first X-Jet but was always frustrated at my lack of ability to do the 3D work...

I just haven't got around to it yet. I never did like the Hardee's cars personally but I do plan to do it.

I emailed emailed them to a few interested people at the time to test build one. I've not heard back so I'm guessing life got busy as it often does?

If I ever get time to build them? The City #46 car was always my favourite. These will be available to others though when they're all done. I'm thinking of doing a Lamborghini Aventador next.

Thanks a lot! I modelled this a good few months back but then got distracted by a new job and house move. It was only after watching it again recently I got the urge to finish the job. I couldn't find much in the way of blueprints/schematics of the car but did stumble across this. Only after...

Thanks mate. It's good to be doing something I used to enjoy so much. :) Two more texture sets to do then I'll be unfolding. ;) I can always come back to model the rest of the interior...

Fourth car done. Next up is the Mello Yello. Much easier to do once the original textures were created. At least this way when I get to unfold the 3D model it'll just be a matter of switching textures for each unfolded model. No need to unfold more than once. :) Phew!
