I believe that they have already filed bankruptcy twice in the last ten or fifteen years... most recently just a couple of years ago.They also just ran a third of their competition out of buisness.Seems like they would not have bothered with K-Line if they were planning to go belly up!

Thanks Miles... unfortunatley my HO layout is in mothballs:cry: My 10 year old son saw to it that Mr. Christmas brought me some Lionel and K-Line equiptment.So at this point we are working on an O-Guage layout.It is fun but for some reason I find that modeling in HO is much more rewarding...
