I need one of you smart folks to explain how to increase model scale. I would love to re-build ARC-170, but to at least twice the size of the original (which is pretty small).
Don't use a sharpie. You will have a permanent opps mark when you go off the folds. I used water based paints. You can whipe up excess and feather the color into the parts.
What the guys above me said. The little detail is what sells the model and truly makes it yours. Spray a little dullcoat over the model to knock down the shine....but mask off any clear parts/windows.
Thank you. We bought a fix-er-up house on a nice property 5 years ago, and have slowly re-modeled the house and re-did the landscaping. Its like with my paper models, I love creating and working with my hands.
