Are Sylvan kits good? I found a nice looking tugboat kit for $50 from them.

I am looking for an HO scale Tugboat for my soon to be built HO scale layout. Who makes them and where can I find them? I am awful at custom building. Thanks in advance!

What is the "scale" of HO? Is it 1:64?

I can do either 3x9 or 4x7, whichever works best. Layout designs are appriciated. :D

LOL. That Carnival loco is not going to touch the layout, but the John Deere car will. Hahaha. I wish I could go 4x8, but there is no way possible. 4x7 is the maximum size table.
