We did the Toronto McCowan yard tour

Now as a fellow Canuck who lives just West down the CN line - I am disappointed I was tied up that day and couldn't join you. The photos and narrative semi made up for it. Hopefully next time I'll be able to meet you and join in the fun.

Did Santa Fe run trains into Canada?

On the CN corridor (Windsor to Toronto) you can guarantee seeing the old style silver SF units and 'pumpkin schemes as lease units on a daily basis. Looking out my backdoor

    ? DYI Centrebeam/Bulkhead Loads

Okay....were a pretty smart bunch of people here aren't we ? Can anyone else see the unbelievable cost of pre-made loads for these cars especially in N Scale ? I'm assuming the store bought loads are just a printed paper wrapping a very light wood product. I'm sure someone out there more...

    Missing Pages - N Scale Trackplans 1970's

I pulled out my "really old" N Scale Track Plans by MR'er Russ Larson from 1970. In my 'no mind youth' I lost pages 37 through 40. If someone has a copy, could ya to scan the pages and send them to me. It would be greatly appreciated.

Robin was at Train Show this weekend

A great tribute to someone so revered by members of the Gauge. I never knew him - but felt I did through all your thoughts and posts. I can see he was admired by all.Keep his memory alive.

    Atlas GP40-2 question

I have just acquired a pair of these locomotives brand new (very - very good deal). I took them to my train club last night and was told by a couple of members that they have had non stop problems with them. ie; intermittant running, not running, etc. Is there or was there a problem with these ...
