Out of curiosity, would any of our Polish friends know Tomasz Kopecki? The problem with usernames or nicknames is you can never find anyone when you need them :) All the best Ron

    Moderator introduction

Dar, welcome to my end of things :) As the moderator of both the review forums, you can run them as you wish as they are yours. I agree fully about not reviewing pirated or questionable material. I think this is on the right track when we say commercially available kits only. For freebies...

    From Models by Marek

I just have to add my 2 cents in here :) Marek's models have come unbelievably far in the last 3 years since I've been card modeling. I have bought every 1:33 kit that DeWayne has had for sale and many of the printed kits from overseas. His latest 1:33 kit, the Bristol F2b 20.71 is a work of...

    DNs USS Oregon?

Glen, What an exceptionally clean and precise build! I only hope that I might be able to emulate that kind of workmanship. I have a model on the go now but I wont say what it is or show any pics until I'm confident it won't end up being used to light fire crackers on Canada Day :) Ron

    DNs USS Oregon?

You guys should really write Roman a letter. When I was building his Folgore, he sent me a slew of pictures that he specifically took to help me out. Maybe we can get him on here......anyone want to invite him? He was the greatest when it came to helping out Ron

    Battleship Bismarck

Making lines and rigging from sprue is a great method. I found a tip somewhere that works really well for tightening up sprue rigging that sags. Light a match and blow out the flame. When the match head is still hot, hold it very close to the affected piece and watch it shrink right into place...
