    Avia BH-5 / 1:33 / Modelik

Some of the wires, which will be installed on the engine. Valve controls: Some more paper bits - exhausts, carburetor (so tiny:eek:) And everything put together. This could be another model on its own, even in a bigger scale :) And, finally... ...ready for takeoff...

    Helmet bird

This must be the weirdest model around here :) I like how you used the flat part of the picture as the second plane. The background paper also fits the scene perfectly. (insert some clapping smiley here) ;)

All right, to the engine. How many parts can one squeeze in one square centimeter? Lets try :) The base is rather simple, a few tubes put together, a piece of wire here and there, no big deal (rather small one, really ;)) The cylinders - there are four versions, this one is...

    got ac 130?

The download links at P-R are pretty well hidden, that is true. The link is above the "password: paper-replika.com". We can try if a direct link will work: http://www.paper-replika.com/index.php?option=com_docman&task=doc_download&gid=104&Itemid=200093 And have you found this thread here...

    got ac 130?

Sorry about the doublepost, my PC just crashed on me wall1 So, here is a thread on the Polish C-130 as a compensation ;) http://www.kartonwork.pl/forum/viewtopic.php?p=168515&sid=3fc860aeeb2fd94bab053e1903474b7a

    got ac 130?

There are two versions of something similar at Paper-Replika: http://www.paper-replika.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=568:l-100-30-hercules-tni-au&catid=38&Itemid=200144...

Slowly moving towards finish (which is far, far away yet :)) Last batch of small formers for the ailerons, elevator and rudder: The hinges on the elevator (do you see them in the picture above (47c, 48d)?) are looking almost functional (they are not, though :)) And everything...

USS SULACO by SKODA/ Jan Rükr / 1:320 Tuning

To get some comparison - 100 CZK equals something slightly less than 6 USD (today, at least ;))

    1:16 M1A2 Abrams or Leo 2A6,For RC

Some rather simple tanks are at Paper-Replika. Formerly JulesCrafter´s commercial models (same author). (Abrams, Leclerc, Challenger, T-90...) These are not 1/16, they would have to be rescaled, but they look simple enough to rework in other materials...

    cutting models

Center of the line, of course. Not that it matters, most of the time ;) We are talking about some 1/10 mm here, are we? Do you count the thickness of the glue layer?

    Airfield circuit

Now that you mention Tiger Moth - there is a free model of it somewhere... I can´t find a link on it, but it is from Netherlands. Another nice detailed civilian plane is the DAR-21 from Dr. Zarkov (http://www.papermodels.co.il/) Other than that, I can´t think of any free civilian aircraft (in...

    Few finished models

I think it is Dr. Zarkov´s design from here: http://www.papermodels.co.il/ Nicely made, of course. I am curious what comes next :)

Finally, some progress to show :) The inner structure of the wings was a sort of escape from the dealing with the outer skin of the plane. The skin did not fit quite well, my fault. I saw it coming... So I needed some butchering with cardboard to let the steam off :twisted...

    Jules Verne's nautilus

Did you miss the Deviantart links in first and second posts? ;) I´ll try the direct link, but I am not sure it will work: http://www.deviantart.com/download/205970926/verne__s_nautilus_papercraft_by_rocketmantan-d3emo6m.pdf Gerald, i love your Diorama. Pretty much captures the feeling of early...

    MiG Ye-8 in 1/200

Similarly tiny MiG-15 can be downloaded here: http://prmodels.webnode.cz/models/mikromodely-1-250/ UTI version included. I did a single seater, just for fun, no big deal, really :) (pretty tiny deal, in fact :D) And a time-lapse ;)...

    Display at local museum

Nice! Is the exposition permanent? I agree absolutely with Retired_for_now - the best thing about having your models in a museum is that you don´t have to take care of them at home and it leaves you some space for new models :D

    Avia BH-5 / 1:33 / Modelik

All right, here goes... Micromanipulation with instrument panels (some macrophotography included :)). The instruments are cut through (some using syringe needle), the lower panel is glued over with glossy transparent tape to look like glass. And there they are, in their places. Note...

    Quick Question About Scale

This one is rather easy - they write it on their pages. 1:300 via http://www.copticarchitecture.com/vol1.htm ;) The church looks pretty much like a railway station or is it other way around?

I could start posting something here, too :) Starting build of a Czech recon / training plane from 1923. In its time it flew from Prague to Bruxelles with one landing in between :) This model is actually of a working replica built with original engine in 2007. Pages of the builders are...

    Quick Question About Scale

    That is the Coca Cola Scale :D 69,5 m / 0,567 m = 122, so the scale is somewhere around there (1:120 - 1:130, approx.).
