    N-Scale Layout

Looks Pretty good, Nscalemodeler. I like TC's plan too, as it avoids simple ovals, but you may not have that much room :) I would shift the track that looks liked it's your yard lead (it wraps around the turntable) down one notch for a straighter run. It might even fit one more straight...

    Race Track Module

A point: This is a Dirt Track. I'm sure Labonte is plenty good enough to win against the level of competition you'd find at a dirt track :) :)

    N-Scale Layout

A suggested pla:"n this is a 8x3 plan, using the extra space to hold your control panel: It has 2 loops at 11 and 13" radius, a freight and passenger yard, and a sizable number of industries As shown here, it could be frighteningly expensive on turnouts, so should probably be built in...

    N-Scale Layout

Looking at your plan. i see a couple things: First up, your yard. The last yard track uses what looks liek a half-9-3/4 or half-11" section. Change that to the regular 19" section for a much smoother yard run. your overall plan looks like an out and back. You want to do out and back...

    Getting started!

New Update Pinned track down with track nails (they won't hold forever in foam, but should hold for a few days until I can Ballast.) I also added a bridge, you can see the shiny aluminum foil, which will be water, if I can figure out how to make it look more like water.

Atlas Code 55 and Peco Code 55

I might be mistaken, but I believe the Peco code 55 is actually code 80 rail thats just embedded deeper into the ties, so it may not be compatable with Atlas code 55. I know Peco & Shinohara and Kato and Atlas and Lifelike and Bachmann are all compatable in code 80 As for the 6 axles, they...
